From the Garden State Parkway - Take the GSP to Exit 129. Take the New Jersey Turnpike South.
From the New Jersey Turnpike - Take the NJT to Exit 9. Follow signs to Rte. 18 North to New Brunswick.
From Rte. 18 North - Take Rte 18 (approx. 3 miles) to the 'Route 27 - Princeton' Exit. Go straight off of the exit ramp and get into your left lane. Make a left at the second traffic light you reach, which is Neilson Street (the Hyatt Hotel will be on your left). At the first traffic light make a right onto New Street. At the next light, turn right onto George Street. Make your first right at the traffic light off of George Street, which is Liberty Street (there is a Dunkin' Donuts on the corner of George and Liberty St.). You'll see Verdigre Dining Room on your left.
From Rte 18 South - Take the Burnet Street Exit. Make the first right off of the exit ramp, onto Richmond St. Then, make your first left onto Neilson Street and then your first right onto New Street. At the next light, turn right onto George Street. Make your first right at the traffic light off of George Street, which is Liberty Street (there is a Dunkin' Donuts on the corner of George and Liberty St.). You'll see Verdigre Dining Room on your left.
From Rte 287 - Take Exit 10 - Easton Avenue Exit. Proceed all the way to the end of Easton Ave (approx. 4 miles). After you pass under the New Brunswick Railroad Tracks you will be at the last traffic light, make a left - you'll be on Rte 27. At the third traffic light turn right onto Neilson Street (the Hyatt Hotel will be on your left). At the first traffic light make another right onto New Street. At the next light, turn right onto George Street. Make your first right at the traffic light off of George Street, which is Liberty Street (there is a Dunkin' Donuts on the corner of George and Liberty St.). You'll see Verdigre Dining Room on your left.
